My OCR doesn't appear to be working properly. I tried a snapshot of a table in a PDF document and it did not give me an option to save as a new document.

Also, I tried the convert command of just one page of a document that had several pages and it converted every page to a new document.

The "snapshot" tool does offer a zonal OCR function, but it cannot be used to create a new document from the selection.
Meanwhile, "OCR pages" tool on the Convert tab, is intended to create a full new document which includes the new OCR results, it is not intended to create a document only containing that specific page. If you need to create a new file with only a specific page, you can simply drag that page out of the thumbnails pane and into the "new tab" area (the plus button on the document bar), before running OCR.
