Bookmarks in subfolders are not sorted?

Hello,
I have created several bookmarks.
I moved the bookmarks into subfolders and sorted them using the "Sort pages by bookmarks" icon.
It now seems that not all bookmarks were sorted correctly. If I select a bookmark that would actually be earlier, it jumps further back in the page number.

If I click the sort icon again, the following is displayed.
"No changes were made...." (Es wurden keine Änderungen gemacht).

Aren't the bookmarks in the subfolders sorted?

Found my mistake.
The bookmark jump point was set at the beginning of the bookmark subfolder. Therefore, the pages could not be moved backwards.

Have now inserted a blank page at the beginning of the area where the subfolder begins and set the jump label on this blank page.
