need to configure a file-explorer to use PDF-XChange Viewer to handle previews, and i need the GUID for this exact version:

PDF-XChange Viewer (x64) (2.5.322.10)

anyone know this or where/how i might locate it in the registry?

You can set the PDF Viewer to be your default pdf and pdf previews handler from here:

However, I wonder why you want to use PDF Viewer considering this is an old and discontinued product!

My recommendation to you is to use its successor, the PDF Editor:

The PDF Editor is suitable for modern Windows systems, as well as it has all of the latest security patches included in it.
