Eraser Tool for Deleting Content

I purchased PDF-XChange Editor Plus to replace another product. There is one tool missing in PDF-XChange Editor Plus which requires me to continue using the another product. The Eraser Tool in the another product deletes any content on the PDF file. The PDF-XChange Editor Plus Eraser Tool only deletes objects which are drawn using the drawing tools.

Please consider adding and Eraser Tool which will delete any content on the PDF file.

Hello pelaird,

The tool you are looking for might be the Redaction tool. The basic operation is to specify the area you want to erase with a rectangle. You can erase base content, comments, or anything else.

You can also erase the base content by enabling Edit Objects mode and selecting the content.
