File name "Format" tab blocks the file name

The format category is blocking the file name, is there a way to disable this? I don't need to see the "commenting tools" text highlighted in yellow above the "Format" ribbon.

There is no way to hide that title I am afraid. It is designed to help bring attention to the oft overlooked Format tab. I should note however that the title will choose to appear on the side of that tab which has more space, so if you keep your window the same size most of the time. It may help to move some of your title bar tools to another location, perhaps on the right, near the search bar, so the title can sit on the left instead?
