Hi.
Some days ago, i registered an account with my PDF-XChange 3.6 Serial Key. After i logged in, i was able to upgrade for free to Version 4.0 and i received a new License Key via E-Mail.
At "My Serials", i see two Products now:
PDF-XChange (Pro) v.3.60130 50 Users Pack
PDF-XChange 4 PRO v.4.0145 50 Users Pack
I'm a bit confused about this because i have 2 different Serial Keys now. One for my old 3.6 Version and one for the new 4.0.
I havent installed any 4.0 Versions on my Clients yet. All are still working with 3.6. (That means with the old Serial Key)
How exactly should i continue now? Do i have to uninstall immediatly all 3.6 and upgrade to 4.0 with the new Serial Key? Or can i have installed both Versions with different Serial Keys and should not go over 50 Installations for both versions together? Or can i have 100 Installations now?
Thanks for helping.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Your V4 serials are provided as an upgrade/replacement to your existing V3 license - not an extension - so in total you may not install to a combined total of more than 50 end user desktops.
You need not uninstall V3 from a machine you install V4 too, it will still count as one license - but you must not exceed 50 user desktop installations in total.
Hope that helps
