When I print from Autocad several views of a drawing to one PDF document each page gets page number 1 in the footer. Also the number of pages is not updated in the footer when appending a new page to the existing document.
Do I do something wrong or is it a bug?

No it is not a bug. Headers and Footers are aplied only for newly created document and doesn't work with document for which you append this document.
