Hi, We use PDF-XChange to create pdf documents from SAP output. However, one of the SAP forms does not render correctly in the pdf. I have attached what the output should look like and what we actually get. The header "Cycle Count Sheet" is too big and lines are missing.
The header details are Font Style: Helvetica; Font Size: 48.
Please can you help? Thanks Julie

As I see PDF file was generated by PDF-XChange V3.0.0105, but you put your post into V4 section.
Please update you Version 3 build to the latest available VERSION 3 (NOT 4) release available here as it may well have already been resolved - if not:

please ZIP and send the .tmp file as described here:

Tested problem with version 3 and 4
Hi, Sorry I probably should have explained that. We are using version 3, but thinking an upgrade would solve it I downloaded the trial for version 4 and tested it. It does not render with version 3 or 4. Attached is an example from version 4.
Thanks Julie
Thanks Julie

Version 3 Tmp File attached
Hi, I couldn't seem to generate a temp file for v4. Here is one for v3. The company that I am working with on this issue is on v3, so it would be nice to get this fixed with v3 anyway. Thanks for your help. --Julie

Hi Julie,
thanks - this may help trace - but I have to advise that any fix will be available in V4 only.
