Extracting pages with the licensed version

I have just purchased a license for PDF-XChange Viewer PRO.
I'm using the portable version 2.0 build 0036 march 11 2008. on an xp machine. I have chosen the french interface.

I purchased the licence mainly to use the extract feature.


I have compiled the registration parameters and the "pro" label no longer appears in the document menu.

1) I do not have a help file in my PDFXEV directory and the help icon in the help menu seems deactivated. Idem for F1.
2) The "eliminate page" function woks as expected => it open a window, I fill in the option, page(s) get deleted.
3) I suppose the extract function should work in the same way.... but the menu option seems faded. Idem for insert and replace.

Are those function buggy or am I going wrong somewhere ?

Please see this page. Many features are not implemented yet. Extract pages is scheduled for the next build 2.037. Some other features in the table are not scheduled yet for a specific build, but are included in the feature list to come in due course.

I guess the purchassing routine should have warned me about this issue.

So... I'll just have to carry on using Acrobat for extraction while I wait for your next version !!! Keep up the good work ! With graphical signature and extraction, your tool is just what I need !

Thanks a lot for the info !....
But...
1) The "Chedk for updates" doesn't seem activated in my current version
2) On your site, I've been clicking on "download now" for the past 5 minutes without great success... I keep being sent from one page to another.... Where have you hidden the link...
If I wasn't really motivated, I would already have given up...

Going back to you site to carry on with the hide and seek game...

or if using a relatively recent build the check for updates should work - there was an error in the upload last night that did not allow this - but it has now been corrected.

Also - it will be a busy day for downloads today with the update, so a little patience may be required.
