Editor vs Editor Plus SOLVED

Hello,

I have obtained a license for Editor Plus and have downloaded the respective program. However, the "about " dialog shows it as "PDF XChange Editor" without the "Plus". How can I tell if I have the "Plus" version?

Is this an issue with the download link? While one link goes to fileid=745 and the other to fileid=751 (for the MSI installer), the target pages shows the same checksum in both cases. So apparently they are the file.

thanks for the post and report.

This is a licensing issue. The installer is the same, the installed application the same be it Editor or Editor Plus. If your software is reporting Editor and not Plus then that is a reflection of the license, not the installer.

Please email support@pdf-xchange.comn with the key you are using and we will help. Please no not post your key here as this is a public forum and you will find the key subsequently blocked.

You may upgrade your license to for the plus version from inside the account you have on our website:

You may find the available options under the Upgrade Options section.

Aprovecho y retomo este post para preguntar lo siguiente. Si ya tengo PDF-XCHANGE EDITOR ya instalado con la debida licencia activada ¿Como hago si quiero acceder a la licencia (por supuesto comprada) para elevarlo a la edición EDITOR PLUS. (La verdad es que hasta ahora no he encontrado como hacerlo pues siempre se me dirige al sitio de compra pero no indica como obtener la actualización y no el programa completo)
