Hi,

There is an issue when moving multiples objects

Issue
Moving objects is only possible when dragging the rectangle selection border or its center

Solution
Ability to drag multiple objects together when clicking anywhere inside the selection box.

Thank you for the report, This seems to be an issue exclusive to Base content selection, as comment do already seem to work as desired. I have passed this along to the Dev team citing that the two functions should likely work in similar ways.

Indeed, there is no such issue when selecting multiple comments.

I tested with a single annotation or base content and there is the same issue.

Moving action is only triggered when dragging the rectangle selection border, center or a part of the annotation/base content.

With a single annotation, I believe the handling is intentionally different, to allow for reselection in that area, incase of a mis-click. But I will bring it up and see what they think.
