Bug in rename bookmarks

Post by evdbogaard »

When I want to rename a bookmark I press F2 to enter edit mode. But since build 386 the bookmark is immediately closed and I need to press F2 a second time for the edit mode to stay open.

I guess this is a bug?

Ed

Hello evdbogaard,

I was not able to reproduce this issue - when I have a bookmark selected pressing F2 only once will enter the Edit mode.

Can you please provide a sample file and some additional details what tools/feature was used previous to editing your bookmarks and once you do edit one bookmark do you have to "double tap" on every consequent bookmark edit?

Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Jordan

Hi Jordan,

It only happens when I press F2 the first time after opening the file. When I open the attached pdf and press F2 for the first time it opens the bookmark and immediately closes it, the second time I press F2 the bookmark opens and stays open so I can edit it.

Ed

Hello evdbogaard,

I've just managed to reproduce your issue with both your sample and another file - so I've asked for colleagues from the dev team to check this and advice on the way we are going to get that sorted.

Kind regards,
Stefan
