I open an existing pdf (invoice) I created.
I use white lines to block out old words and write in new words. (Why would I do this? *1)
I print and it ignores any edits and prints the original pdf.
This just occurred without any setting changes from me, no updates, nothing that I identified.
I can't find any settings that would affect this. I then downloaded the latest version but it still occurs.
There is a setting in properties to make something non printable, but that is set to print-yes.
I'm now using PDFgear which is awful. Printing to the same 'Microsoft Print to PDF' as before and it works fine.
I've tried the Xch printer and it adds a watermark but still doesn't print edits.
Maybe I will go try Foxpdf again.
I've even resorted to opening the edited pdf in Gimp and saving as a pdf and that works.
I have searched for hints but nothing comes up. I can't be the only one to have this problem.
*1(Why would I do this?) just reusing old invoices as templates until I have a new system in place.

Re: PDF Xchange won't print edits.
Even Libre Office can open the pdf and print properly including the edits.
Didn't even know LO could read and edit pdfs. Maybe that's my solution?

Hello ntellery,
Welcome to our forums!
When you start the printing process in the Editor you should see a dialogue window like the one below.
Please make sure that you have selected to print "Document and Markups" as you probably currently have "Document" only - and the changes you have done to your file are annotations (markups) and as such would not print when "Document" only is selected. Kind regards,
Stefan
