Hi, a PDF document contains two types of hyperlinks, both obviously inserted in the text (for example device tags)
- Links to web pages
- Links to other points in the document
I wonder if it is possible to temporarily "turn off" these connections
Thank you in advance

Re: Turn off hyperlinks
Hello Davide78,
You can turn off the auto recognition of in line links that are added as plain text through the Editor Preferences (Ctrl + K) -> Page text: As for links that are added as link objects - I am afraid that you can't turn those off only temporarily, however you can e.g. open the links pane, select and delete them all, and then "undo" the deletion when you want to restore them.
Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: Turn off hyperlinks
Hello Davide78,
For link objects, you can temporarily hide the links by following these steps.
Best regards,
rakunavi
For link objects, you can temporarily hide the links by following these steps.
- Create a layer in the Layers pane.
- Open the Links pane and make all links belong to the layer created in Step 1.
- Hide the layer in the Layers pane.
Best regards,
rakunavi

Hello rakunavi,
Thanks! That is an approach that I didn't think of, but it can certainly work!
Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: Turn off hyperlinks
Good morning Rakunavi, I tried your solution, convenient and fast! (7168 connections "turned off" in 2 minutes)... very convenient because the writing that contained the connection remains anyway!
Thank you!
Thank you!
