Some elements in Properties panel shouldn't invoke the blinking cursor animation in text area

Hi,

Some elements in Properties panel shouldn't invoke the blinking cursor animation in text area as user can't even edit their value.

Following values aren't editable
- Page Properties > General > Number (only page label is editable)
- Page Properties > General > Width and Height

- Text markup tools : Tool Propreties > Subject > Subject isn't an editable value if Subject Kind is set to "default"

These values shouldn't even be clickable in my opinion but if some users want to select and copy these value for e.g, the mouse cursor should only be replaced with the text edit cursor when hovering the area(like the Select Text tool behavior)

Thanks for fixing this cause the current UI is confusing as it suggests an editable value,
