Document Signing Certificate
I tried to apply a digital signature to a document but was told that the certificate had expired. I'm not at all familiar with how the process works to establish a new certificate (or if the old one can be renewed). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Document Signing Certificate
Hello, MrBigPDF
It would depend on the signature in question. If it is a "self signed" certificate create by our software, than on expiry I do not believe renewal is possible, and you can simply create a new one to replace it. This article details the process: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowledgeba ... ignatureem
If you acquired the signature from a Certificate Authority, you will want to contact them to ask how to proceed.
Kind regards,
