customize pdf with different page sizes SOLVED

hello
i have a pdf where the pages have different sizes
this is a page with text A4
the next page is a construction plan A3
then again a photo with unknown size

can i somehow specify when saving that all pages are enlarged or reduced to A4 so that all pages are A4

If you specify the paper size "page Setup", and then enable our options to "fit to printer margins" and "auto-rotate page", and also disable the option to "select paper size by...", than all pages should be scaled to fit the sheet size defined in the printer preferences:
