Exporting and Importing Comment Styles in PDF-XChange Editor Plus SOLVED

Hello everyone,

I need some assistance with PDF-XChange Editor Plus. I’ve created several comments with specific styles and I want to export these styles to the Comment Style Palette. The goal is to establish a standard set of comment styles that can be easily imported by new users.

I am aware that it is possible to export and import stamps, but I haven’t found a way to do this for comments. Does anyone know if there is a way to export the comment styles and then import them for new users? Any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated!

Hello maxmyh92,

You can export all the Editor settings and that should take care of the Comment styles as well.
