Printing problem with annotated files

Hello,
I'm looking for help because I'm having problems printing with annotated files.
This can be seen from the preview window (see attachment)
I reinstalled my print drivers and it is not the machine that is causing the problem.
Moreover, printing modified files works well with other software (edg*, acrob*...).
I really don't understand where the problem comes from.
I haven't touched any settings.
Can you help me please ?

thanks for the report.

May I ask what version of the software you are using? That screenshot looks like the old and now discontinued "PDF-XChange Viewer".

Both the old Viewer and it's replacement, the PDF-Xchange Editor have options on what to print. Can you show me the options you have? "pages pairs" translates as - "even pages" so I am not even sure how you got that option.

In the current Editor you choose what to include in the print job, and nit all options include comments:

Could that be at the heart of the issue?

I can't upload the new version because of SSI rules. So do you mean i won't be able to fix the pb ?

Thank you for clarifying, The option you have chosen is the "document" option, it would appear based on process of elimination. This option will only print the document, and none of the markups. You will need to open this dropdown and choose one of the other options in order to print these items:
