Preview pics in Vista Explorer

Is it possible to get preview pictures in Vista Explorer (like for Office Dokuments or pictures, where the first page of the file is shown instead of the application icon)?

is the pdf preview handling in windows XP 32bit implemented?

Or is it on the list like Vista support too?

I had to install Acrobat reader next to pdf-viewer in order to have pdf preview capabilities but I would like to get rid of Acrobat totally.

Has this preview capability been added? I still have Acrobat loaded on my machine, but would like to disable or remove it. I am not sure but I think having both might be causing some conflicts.
