Possible Bug: Added-Only Guidelines Not Saved

Build 389.

If I add Guidelines to a saved document with no other changes, those Guidelines will not be saved. In fact, they cannot be saved. Clicking on Save [Save the active document] does nothing; it is grayed-out.

If I add Guidelines and make other changes to a document, those Guidelines will be saved.

I am not providing a file as this should be easy to reproduce.

I am asking to have Guidelines saved in a file even if no other changes are made to the document.

I see the same. I guess because just adding the guides is not registered as a change to the document. I had to use Save As to force it.

I'll ask the guys if this is intentional.
