Error Message 0x8a150010 : None of the installers are applicable for the current system

Hello,

we are using the NinjaRMM Third-Patching Module for PDF-XChange Updates. Since the Update from 10.4.1.388 to 10.4.1.389 is available, we get an error from our RMM Software: Error Message 0x8a150010 : None of the installers are applicable for the current system.
Have there been major changes between those two Versions?

Just to be sure, is the same error present when you are not using a third party patching app? We generally cannot support such issues unless they occur with our official installers, delivered from our official website. Can you please try downloading the appropriate installer from our official downloads page, and running it manually, to see what happens?

If the same error does not occur, you will want to reach out to the creators of your Third party patching app, and ask them for assistance troubleshooting the issue.
My guess would be that your system is perhaps one using an ARM processor, and needs our ARM64 installer, but their app may only offer our 32/64 bit standard MSI installers, or some permutation of that issue, as we do have 3 separate installers, for most of our products.

Hi Daniel,

we used the official Installer from the website. We dont have any ARM Systems in use. When i download the 10.4.2.390 msi its working fine when i install it manually.

I will also check my TPA Support.

If the .msi package on itself works fine - then the issue is probably in that third party patching module tool, and we would not be able to reapply help with support for that tool, sorry!

for the discussion with our tpp Support guys, can you confirm that the pdf-x change installer supports system-wide installations?

I guess it is so, but your confirmation would be helpful.

The license is normally stored on a per user basis, but the deployment itself can indeed be done once centrally and as one operation.
