Even in tools where guide lines are not movable, mouse cursor may become movable when mouse is hovered over guide lines SOLVED

Hello all,

Guide lines can be moved by the Hand tool. Conversely, they cannot be moved in other modes. However, in the following mode, hovering the mouse over a guide line results in the mouse cursor shape suggesting that it can be moved, even though it actually cannot be moved.

• Select Fields Tool
• Zoom In/Out Tool
• Continuous Zoom Tool
• Loupe Tool
