Which PDF-XChange product does this?

Hi,

I'm looking for an alternative product to Adobe Acrobat Pro to perform the functions of adding letterhead or stationary to a PDF. I'd rather not use a subscription-based solution or support Adobe Corporation. Could you please assist?

You need headers and footers, and you can do the same with our Editor as well:
