Getting the TYPEWRITER tool to stay 'live'
Is there a way to have the TYPEWRITER tool stay 'live' so you don't have to go back to the tool bar and click the TYPEWRITER tool to create another text box?

There is no need to use all capitals. It is like shouting.
Just use the last icon on the context toolbar — keep tool selected.
