custom stamps with SDK?

It's great to see the availability of custom stamps in the latest build. Thanks to the programmers at Tracker Software for making this work.

I have been able to add stamps to my stamps palette using the viewer. My question is, can I bundle custom stamps with an application that uses the ActiveX Viewer SDK? And if so, how is it done?
