Opening Word doc

Hello.

Im having issue to open word documents. I used to open these documents easily before, and now suddenly the PDF Xchange editor tries to open the file and it goes and it goes without opening anything..
Frustrating...
I have tried several time to update the version, but thats another story...
Anyone has good tip for this Word doc. issues??

I believe we have been in communication by email, but this post is from before you initially mentioned this issue in an email. Lets keep the discussion in that email chain, to avoid mixing things up. I will try to remember this thread exists, and post the solution if we find it was not something document specific.

If any others have experienced this same issue, and have any input on how they solved it, or what they have tested so far, we would appreciate your input.
