Bulk edit PDFs - remove metadata, remove bookmarks SOLVED

Please advise how to modify multiple PDFs as follows:
- Remove metadata, as seen in Document Properties, see below.
- Remove all Bookmarks.

Is this done by a script?

Hello, dwg11

The "Sanitize document" function in the Editor can remove metadata and other items on a "per-file" basis, but cannot do so in a batch. If you need to remove these items in bulk, you will need to switch to PDF-tools for such batch processing actions. We include a "Sanitize documents" tool by default, for easy access.

Do double check the settings before running this tool, as the changes it makes are not reversible.
