Hello,
maybe I#m stupid, but I hope not.
I searched the internet and this forum and did not find a solution, so I'll aks directly:
How can I implement a button and/or shortcut to export PDFs to PDF/A/1b into my PDF-Exchange Editor?
I'm very grateful for any help.

Hello AndreT,
Welcome to our Forum.
I am afraid that you cannot do that.
That tool do requires additional options to be selected, so it cannot be add as a simple export button.
Regards.

Hi,
You could also think about using PDF-Tools for exporting to PDF/A-1b (requires a license).
This can be interesting in case you have to regularly export multiple PDF's at the same moment.

If you like, you can experiment with PDF-Tools for free.
!! Take care, probably publicity stamps will be added in the resulting PDF's. !!

Hello AndreT,
rakunavi
To add to Willy's comment, if you can use PDF-Tools, you might achieve something quite close to your wish by registering PDFXTools.exe as the Launch Application for PDF-XChange Editor with the following parameters.
Code: Select all
/RunTool:showprog=no;showrep=no pdft.tool.convertToPDFA "%1"
