Hi Forum and Support Team,
when using the Distance Tool, I get two different results: one is the distance shown on the drawn line, which appears to be correct and matches the ruler, and the other is the distance displayed in the information box, which differs from the line measurement (see screenshot below).
What is wrong here?
I am using version 10.2.1, build 385 (Enhanced OCR).

Most probably, this phenomenon is document specific and should be resolved in version 10.3.0.386

Are you able to upgrade your current version 10.2.0.385 to one or more versions later ?
