In preparing this post, I was comparing the English and Japanese versions of the 'Edit Action List' dialog and noticed an interesting difference. As you can see by comparing the dialogs in each language, the boundary separating the names in the left column from the values in the right column is in an odd position only when language is set to Japanese. In addition, some items have unnecessarily ended with a colon(:).
- When the language is set to English, the 'Filename' setting is displayed in the following two parts, left (displayed in gray text) and right (displayed in black text).
- Filename:
- C:\Program Files(x86)\PDFXEdit_Portable\PDFXEdit.exe
- ファイル名:C:
- \Program Files(x86)\PDFXEdit_Portable\PDFXEdit.exe
- When the language is set to English, the 'Operation' setting is displayed in the following two parts, left and right.
- Operation:
- open
- 操作:open:
I have checked all languages supported by PDF-XChange Editor, and this issue only occurs when the language is set to Japanese.I'm posting this in this forum because I can't determine if it can be fixed by just modifying the language file or if the program itself needs to be modified.
Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
