[suggestion] Add MMB support to Thumbnails Pane

For more visually acceptable (controlled, smooth) panning of icons in the Thumbnails Pane, I propose adding support for the middle mouse button, making it handled the same as in the main part of the application screen. Currently, MMB is not used in the Thumbnails Pane, and there will be no conflicts.
