Missing: PDF-XChange PDF Core API Library reference after installing PDFXEditorSDK10

Hello,

I recently installed the `PDFXEditorSDK10.msi` package, and I’m trying to use it in a VB6 project.

However, when I open the project, I see a **“MISSING: PDF-XChange PDF Core API Library”** message in the references list, and I’m unable to run the project correctly.

The PDFXEditCore.x86.dll file is present in the SDK installation folder, but VB6 doesn't seem to recognize it as a valid reference. Is it possible that this DLL is not COM-registered or not intended for use in classic VB6 environments.

What’s the correct way to use the Editor SDK with Visual Basic 6?
Is there an OCX or COM wrapper I should be using instead of referencing the DLL directly?

If you have any VB6-compatible samples or documentation explaining how to set up the SDK properly, I’d really appreciate it.

I found this topic where a colleague from the dev team mentions that BV6 is quote old and discontinued, but that there are some projects that should still work:

Where there is a sample project for you to try out on your end.
