Sticky note tool bugs

Hi

I ave been using the sticky note tool to due a lot of marking up for a course I am doing.

I have noticed some very frustrating behavior.

In Edge - content is cut-off (Version 137.0.3296.62 (Official build) (64-bit))

In firefox, some notes will no display content when clicked. A red box appears with name and date (139.0.1 (64-bit))

(I have included half of the red box here as it has personal info)
In chrome, content is sideways and not all of them appear (Version 137.0.7151.69 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Reason this is frustrating , is I have done lots of work, and all 3 browsers are not rendering content. I will have to re-do so much and this software (which previously worked).

I have updated to the most recent version od PDF-Xchange

Welcome to the Forum.

How Sticky notes are been show would depend on the browser's viewer.

I did test few documents containing such annotations created in our Editor, but all of them are shown and no part is missing as reported when using Firefox ( using 139.0.1 (64-bit)) .

As this may be a file specific issue, can you please email us the file in question to support@pdf-xchange.com

Also please note the version of our product that that you used to create those Sticky notes and if you are able to see those annotations correctly when opened in the Editor.
