can´t view pdf file says error pxclib

hi how are you , i was trying to open one pdf file and show an error as the image attached. can you help me? my app is in portuguese language.

This could be (1) an installation error, (2) a communication issue with onedrive, or (3) an issue within the document itself.

1. If you have not tried already, please reinstall our software, ensuring that you restart the Device between the uninstall and the reinstall process.
2. If the reinstall does not help, please try saving the file locally, and check if it opens properly from there.
3. If the file still has trouble opening, please send a copy of it to us for investigation. If the file contains sensitive information, please send it by email, with a link to this forum post. Support@PDF-XChange.com
