Select all comments on a specific layer in a multi-page PDF?
Set a specific layer as the default, so any new comments will be assigned to that layer?

You can specify the default layer for newly created comments and base content via the right click context menu in the layers pane. Once you have done so, a banner atop the Editor will allow you to easily switch to other layers as the new default: Unfortunately there is no way to select all comments from a target layer at this time.
