Hi All,
PDF-Exchange Editor Freezing while save as and select browser, then need to kill manually through Task Manager.
I am using build 385. It's happening to all files and happening to specific user only.
This user using Windows 10 64-bit.
If anyone has any solution...

Welcome to our forums.
Build 385 is an older one, and unfortunately we can not fix issues in previous builds as they are 'locked in time'.
So can you please try to download and test with the current latest build (V10.6 build 396) and let us know if this is still happening? If it is reproducible with the current build - we will ask our developers to take a look!

Thank you for your response.
We cannot upgrade the version now to (V10.6 build 396) due licensing constraint.
Our maintenance has been expired; we can only upgrade next year beginning.
Please check if any other option...

Please try to download a portable copy of the current version and test with it. It should allow you to confirm whether the issue is already resolved.
There is no solution that I can offer for build 385, but when you can renew next time - you will get a license that will work for the current one which should not have the same issue.

Thank you for your response.
In another post, i found a solution for corrupted history, corrupted history causing the freezing.
I have deleted two files 'History.dat' and 'HistoryThumbs.dat' from "Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0"
Now our user can save the files by pressing Save as and Browse.
