The `Play sound when tool processing ends` setting does not apply to tools from the Shell Menu

The `Play sound when tool processing ends` setting does not apply to tools from the Shell Menu

… but only to tools launched from the PDF-Tools interface.

I suggest fixing this, or instead of one setting, making two: for commands launched from the Shell Menu, and for commands launched from the PDF-Tools UI.
