How do i move documents in portfolio

How do i move documents in portfolio
Hi How do i move documents in portfolio, by defaults it puts everything on top and I have folders on top and PDFs on bottom.

I have moved your post out of the thread you initially joined as this question is unrelated to that topic.
Portfolios are basically "folders" that contain number of PDF files. Their order is based on the selected column for sorting, if you click on "name" or "size" the column will be used to reorganize the files that way.
If you wish to open one of the files in full, without seeing the file structure, simply double click on it to do so, and that file will open as a new tab.
