I'd like to produce a solid color, yet this block should be transparent. So, I do not want this
strokes overlap. There are multiple blend modes, yet I haven't found one to give me this.

Hello PetrKrysl,
If you have more than one object - where they overlap the overlay will always add up, so you would probably need to go with a single object. You should be able to e.g. use the rectangle tool and make it transparent so that you have one box instead of many.
You can then also change it's shape from say a rectangle to polygon and adjust that to your desired shape with adding more points if needed as well: Kind regards,

I do not want to use objects, I want to draw with a marker. Are you saying that is is impossible
to draw two crossing lines without a change in color where they cross?

Not entirely. The Pencil tool has a short timeout before it makes a second object. As such, if you are drawing quickly, you should find that the overlap does not cause any issues (alternatively you could "squiggle" without releasing the cursor if the lines need to be very close together).
Here is a quick example/comparison.
Draw quickly: Draw slowly, or if you are adding a second stroke much later on: Kind regards,
