The "Close all other tabs"(ID:cmd.closeOtherTabs) shortcut does not work

The "Close all other tabs"(ID:cmd.closeOtherTabs) shortcut does not work.
I clicked on a custom toolbar and assigned a shortcut (for example, Ctrl+h) in the properties of "Close all other tabs" on the Command tab, but when I actually use the shortcut, the action does not occur. Does anyone know why this is?
Even if I place "Close all other tabs" on my toolbar as my toolbar and press the button, the action does not occur.
However, if I right-click on a window tab and click "Close all other tabs", it works fine.
Is it possible to enable the "Close all other tabs" shortcut (Ctrl+h)?

This matter was recently reported by @žarko in the following topic, and will probably be improved in due course.
