Hello,
What is the best method to easily check a box (already existing in a PDF document)?
Compared to a competitor like Adobe, we had the possibility to do it in 2 clicks.
Here, we can see in the toolbar "Forms" and "Checkbox" the option to add a new box.
But for an existing box?
Check an existing box

Hello christophe44,
Welcome to our forums.
If you have the hand tool active and there is an actual form field check box - it should work with a single click directly.
However if it just looks like a checkbox but is just a rectangle shape on the page - then one of the easiest ways I can think of is to use the typewriter tool and type an 'x' over that shape. Or you can set up your own custom stamps and use a shape from your stamps collection to tick such a box.
We have some stamp collections that you can use listed here:

Kind regards,
Stefan
