Identify Forms tool not starting at all on specific documents

The Form OCR works for previous documents i've tried, but for some reason I don't even see a progress bar begin for this particular document

Any idea what is preventing it from working?

Welcome to our Forum.

May I ask which version is your PDF Editor, and which OCR tool ( the Enhanced OCR or the Default OCR), have you used?

The version number can be seen under the Help -> About menu.

BTW this particular document already contains text and it is editable.

I just realised I meant the Form "Identify Forms" feature rather than OCR, my bad.

Should I repost this under a more suitable forum thread?

Identify Forms tool is using the OCR tool, so I guess it can stay here.

Hmmm.... I get the same on my end, which is nothing.

Nothing happens when I try to convert the file to a Form!

When I convert the document to image-based one, it works just fine but not when is it is in original state.

I will ask our developers to have a look at this problem and will get back to you.

Yes, it is quite puzzling! It works otherwise on other documents.

I am curious what is causing it. Please do let me know if they manage to find out
