Problems with upgrade

When upgrading to 10.6.0.396 i receive an error message

Connecting to server www.tracker-software.com...
Connected successfully.
Downloading file: PDFXVE10.zip...
File PDFXVE10.zip was successfully downloaded.
Download finished.
Installation started.
Package 'PDF-XChange Editor' has an invalid hash.
Installation finished.

Any suggestions?

Hello, Amos

This has come up recently as a generic error code when something interfered with the downloaded files. We are working to make them clearer, but in the meantime, the simplest solution is to fully close and uninstall all of our software, restart the device, and then download the latest installer from your account page.
