How to remove "Group by" in Save dialog

The Save dialog sorts by date into groups. I have removed this feature from Windows 11 File Explorer (by setting Group By to None). Other programs follow the Explorer setting and do not group by date. PDF-Xchange editor does not follow the Windows setting and does not offer other Group by options, AFAIK.

Is this a missing feature or is there a way for me to get rid of "Group by" and just show existing folders and files?

As far as I can tell, our dialogue works just as in others, simply right click anywhere in the folder structre, and you can set "group by" to "none":

If you do not see the "none" option, it means the window is already using the grouping option.

Are you finding something different happens?

Thanks Dan. I fixed the issue by running Winsetview again, making sure PDF-Xchange was not running. This fixed my issue.
