Re: may i knwo the difference between add text and typewriter?
Hello, mantra
The "typewriter" tool is a "comment" item, which remains as the top layer in the document, above base content items, and is more easily editable for less feature rich software. Commenting is also free in our Editor, so you can use this feature without a license.
"Add text" instead directly places base content text items, this allows you to more easily apply "text comments" like highlights, strikeouts, and other notes to the text, but is otherwise able to achieve the same text appearance as any typewriter text could.
If you are looking to "fill in" existing form fields, assuming that they are interactive fields, you can instead use the "hand" tool to begin entering text where the author defined it should be provided.
Regarding licensing, A single user license is entitled to use on 2 "devices" - 1 primary PC, such as a Desktop or Laptop, and 1 Secondary device, such as a laptop or (as you asked) a portable version. As such, yes, you could have 1 installation and 1 portable version running in tandem with a single user license, provided always that you are sole user able to access it on both devices.
Finally regarding the Editor plus, there are only 5 differences, they are the features mentioned on the product page here:

Re: may i knwo the difference between add text and typewriter?
Hello, mantra
Visually, if you customize the fonts in use, there is no discernable difference in professionalism between using comments or base text, unless someone may later need to markup that text.
Typewriter comments are also easier to modify in the momen.
- When using the "add text" tool, if you realize a mistake after exiting a block, you need to switch to the "edit text" tool to modify that.
- With the typewriter, you simply double click on the previous comment.
I will note that it is quite easy to flatten typewriter comments, to turn them into base text, however, the inverse is not true, and base text, generally cannot be converted into comments easily.
In turn, the choice is yours, or it becomes a question of use case. Will those reviewing this document have any need to make use of commenting tools, where they may interact with the text you have added to the file?
- If yes, I would advise using the Add text tool, to avoid any accidents on their end.
- If no, than using the typewriter comment would likely be totally fine.
