PDFXEdit10_Portable_x64 - PXVLIB The Resource File is not found SOLVED

I have been using the PDFXEdit10_Portable_x64 version with licence for over a year and suddenly after a restart of my machine the error message occurs and no pdf can be open.
Please advise.

This error usually indicates that the "Resources.dat" file is missing or is being corrupted.

One of the options is to download the portable version again, and replace all files, or only Resources.dat, but make sure that the old file(s), is deleted.

This usually happens when some antivirus application modifies the file, so I will advise you to whitelist the application folder, so this issue does not happen again.
