Hello.
I found a solution for the colered background in non-(background)-colored files, when they are displayed in PrintPreview and then are printed.
On some computers (not all in our environment) the following problem accured.
This is the correct view on the most computers:
The output on a printer:
This was the preview on some computers:
The output on the printer:
There are no layers in the pdf.
The printings are done in the same way on all printers, no matter if it is a laser or ink printer, in our case it is an Ineo+300i and an HP Designjet T1700.
I tried many things to solve this, by random i found the solution in the colormanagement of Windows.
Open "colorcpl.exe" and remove the profile under your monitor by enabling "use own settings for the device".
I hope this helps some users...
@PDF-XChange: Please look why this only appears in Preview and Print and not in Editorview.
PS: The ColorManagement-Settings in PDF-XChange-Editor were the same on all workstations.
Regards
Michael

Symptoms
The colors in the document in the document do not display and print correctly.
Cause
This problem is usually caused by a altered or corrupted monitor color profile.
Resolution
Solution 1: What you can do to resolve the problem is to change the settings in the color profile management console so that the monitor profile is not used.
To access the console you must enter Color Management in the Windows Search tool:
In the window that will appear you have to select "Use my settings for this device".
This will overwrite the monitor's color profile settings with the settings you have in the Advanced tab.
Solution 2: If the above solution does not work, please try removing the color profile entirely:
