double-page view

Hi,

When viewing a document in double-page view, the display software rotates it in increments of 2 pages.
However, sometimes I need to shift my display in increments of 1. For example, if I have to view pages 1 and 2 together, no problem, but if I want to view pages 2 and 3 together, it's impossible because when I rotate, it will display pages 3 and 4.
How can I display double-page spread and turn pages in increments of 1? Thank you.

You may want to activate the "Show Cover Page in Two Pages View" mode.

Thank you, rakunavi. That's a good suggestion. However, what I want is to be able to turn the pages one by one with a double-page display.

Desired display:
Display 1: pages 1 and 2
Display 2: pages 2 and 3
Display 3: pages 3 and 4

The software in double-page mode displays:
Display 1: pages 1 and 2
Display 2: pages 3 and 4
Display 3: pages 5 and 6

And it's impossible to validate an entry on page 2 to display 2 and 3 together.

Here's an example in pictures:
a) Cursor on page 3 = display of the pair 19 and 20
b) Cursor on page 4 cannot be validated = display of the pair 19 and 20
c) Cursor on page 5 = display of pages 21-22

So I can't display the pair 20-21 together.

You might try a ribbon layout and continuous mode.

Did you know, rakunavi, that you should be considered a public utility? I'm very happy with this feature, which I had overlooked in my daily routine. So, for that, a very sincere thank you!

Let's be crazy... given that, like many musicians, I trigger the page turn with a USB foot pedal, I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically trigger the "ctrl" key in the software! (Yes, yes, I know I'm exaggerating ^^). In fact, I suspect it's probably impossible!

One last word: frankly, the animated GIF with the same score as the excerpt shown is top class!

Hello giga17, I'm glad the information was helpful.

I am also using a Page Turner (SPT-180H) with bluetooth interface. It would be nice if the key bindings could be changed using included software, etc., but unfortunately, since this is probably the least expensive wireless foot pedal available on the market, no such nifty software is available.

Like many other foot pedals, this device functions in iOS mode with the left and right pedals as left and right cursor keys respectively, but I use Interception to change the key bindings to the ones I want to assign, and also use it with autohotkey. For example, if you want to assign the left and right foot pedals to Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down respectively, write keyremap.ini as follows (the GUID part is masked by *)

The following web page is a good reference for using Interception in combination with autohotkey. If you only want to remap the Left and Right cursor keys on a particular keyboard, such as a foot pedal, to Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down, you can use only Interception and do not need autohotkey.

Please note that Interception is by no means software that is widely recommended for the general public. It handles low-level keyboard operations, and I recommend that you understand the risks involved before using it. However, with good use of Interception and autohotkey, even inexpensive numeric keypads can be customized as desired, which is very attractive. Interception has been around for a long time, so you should be able to find a lot of helpful information if you search for it.
