Hello everyone, this is my first post.
I'm asking for help to solve this issue: I've been using PDF-XChange Editor (free version) for a couple of months with great satisfaction, but suddenly the PDFs I open show a "strange" background that wasn’t there in the original file. Here's a screenshot:
How can I get rid of this unusual background and restore the original look, which was simply a white page?
Maybe I accidentally changed some setting or parameter, but as far as I can tell, I didn’t do it intentionally.

Wow! When I clicked "Visualizza" (my interface is in Italian), I couldn’t find anything related to "Grid", but thanks to your suggestion, I searched for "Griglia" ("Grid") in the search bar, simply pressed CTRL + à, and the problem was gone!
